About us

The Voice for Clinton County’s Children is a safe, welcoming space for kids and teens to share their experiences in cases of suspected abuse and neglect.

To protect and support each child, we partner with law enforcement, child protective services, and other justice-related and medical professionals to ensure that investigations put child safety first, and give families tools to help heal and move forward through our CAC program.

Through CASA, we help youth in foster care by partnering youth with specially trained volunteers to advocate for their best interest, and be a consistent light in that child’s life.
