Our Services

Court Appointed Special Advocates
(CASA)

The Voice for Clinton County’s Children provides volunteer advocacy, within the court system and the community, on behalf of children in the foster care system. Children who have experienced abuse and neglect and disrupted placement. Every child deserves a safe, supportive, and permanent home where they can thrive.

Our volunteers undergo extensive training on trauma, child development, child welfare, advocacy, DEIB, and the court system. CASAs are then sworn in as court officers and intentionally matched with a child or sibling group, whom they meet weekly throughout court-involvement.

Child Advocacy Center
(CAC)

After traumatic events, children and their families need a safe and comforting place to find support services, case management, referrals to community partners, court assistance, and more.

We partner with our MDT (multidisciplinary team) to provide forensic interviews for children and reduce the number of times a child must talk about abusive incidents by working as a team.

Toys for Tots

We also run Clinton County’s Toys for Tots Program to ensure children and families have presents for a happy holiday season.

Each December we set up a holiday shop where families can choose free gifts to give their children. Visit our page to apply or a refer a family for support, or consider volunteering or donating.
